Refund & Exchange Policy – Zafarezar

We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you.


🔄 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned item(s), your exchange will be processed within 3 working days, depending on stock availability.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Only items that meet these conditions will be accepted for exchange.

📦 Important: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product has a manufacturing defect.


🛠️ Exchange for Defective Item

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a free exchange.

To request this:

  1. Take clear photos of the defective area.

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Email the images and your exchange request to zafarezar0@gmail.com.

  4. Our team will provide the return address.

  5. Send the parcel back using any courier service of your choice.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange promptly.


📌 Note

Free exchanges apply only to products with valid manufacturing defects.
For all other return or exchange requests, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
